1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Access to and use of the kp67 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By registering an account, you warrant that you meet this age requirement. kp67 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time and to suspend or close any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.

1.2 You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing and using kp67's services is lawful in your jurisdiction. kp67 does not represent that its services are lawful in all locations. Users in Pakistan should satisfy themselves that participation in online betting and gaming is consistent with applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances in their province or locality.

1.3 Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the kp67 Platform. Operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any outstanding balances in cases of confirmed fraudulent activity.

1.4 You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. kp67 will rely on this information for identity verification and payment processing purposes. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

• Accounts may not be registered by or on behalf of any person who has previously been excluded or suspended from the kp67 Platform.
• Accounts may not be registered using automated means, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial registration mechanism.
• Account credentials (username and password) are personal and must not be shared with any third party.

2. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

2.1 kp67 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, and selected bank transfer methods including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. Minimum deposit amounts are specified within the Cashier section of the kp67 Platform and are subject to change without prior notice.

2.2 All funds deposited into your kp67 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, shared accounts, or accounts belonging to another individual are prohibited. kp67 reserves the right to request documentary evidence confirming payment method ownership at any time.

2.3 Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically feasible. kp67 applies standard processing timelines for withdrawal requests; however, processing times may vary depending on payment provider availability, verification requirements, and applicable compliance checks.

2.4 kp67 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of identity verification (KYC). This includes, without limitation, submission of a valid government-issued identity document and proof of payment method ownership. Withdrawal requests may also be delayed or withheld pending investigation of suspected fraudulent or irregular activity.

2.5 kp67 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers (including JazzCash and Easypaisa) may apply their own transaction fees in accordance with their respective terms of service. kp67 bears no responsibility for such third-party charges.

3. Betting & Gaming Rules

3.1 All bets placed on the kp67 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, casino, slots, lottery). These product-specific rules are available within the relevant sections of the kp67 Platform and form part of these Terms.

3.2 kp67 reserves the right to void, suspend, or amend any bet where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed failure, pricing error, or any circumstances that kp67 in its reasonable discretion considers to have resulted in an obvious error in the odds or outcome offered.

3.3 Bets once accepted are binding on both parties unless voided by kp67 in accordance with these Terms or applicable product rules. kp67 reserves the right to refuse, restrict, or limit any bet at its absolute discretion without being required to provide a reason.

3.4 The use of automated betting systems, betting bots, arbitrage strategies, or any form of unfair advantage to exploit pricing inefficiencies on kp67 is prohibited. kp67 may close, limit, or suspend accounts identified as engaging in such activity.

• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time due to incidents, data delays, or integrity concerns.
• Winnings are credited to your kp67 account balance upon settlement of the relevant market.
• kp67 reserves the right to correct any settlement error within a reasonable period after results have been confirmed.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 kp67 may offer bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to registered users from time to time. All such offers are subject to individual bonus terms and conditions, which are published alongside each specific promotion on the kp67 Platform.

4.2 Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. A wagering requirement specifies the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period stated for each bonus.

4.3 kp67 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of abuse, exploitation, or breach of bonus terms, kp67 reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

4.4 Bonuses are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any third party. Multiple accounts created for the purpose of claiming bonuses multiple times will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

5. Responsible Gaming & Self-Exclusion

5.1 kp67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform provides a range of tools to assist users in managing their gambling behaviour, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion. These tools are accessible from the Account Settings section of the kp67 Platform.

5.2 Users who wish to self-exclude from the kp67 Platform may do so by accessing the Responsible Gaming section within Account Settings or by contacting kp67 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly. During a self-exclusion period, the affected account will be suspended and kp67 will take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration.

5.3 kp67 strongly encourages any user who believes that their gambling may be causing harm to themselves or others to seek independent support. Links to responsible gaming resources are available via the kp67 Responsible Gaming page.

5.4 kp67 strictly prohibits gambling by persons under the age of 18. If you are aware of a minor accessing the kp67 Platform, please contact kp67 support immediately. kp67 will investigate and take appropriate action, including permanent account closure where underage access is confirmed.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 All content on the kp67 Platform — including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, software, game content, and user interface design — is the intellectual property of kp67 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

6.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the kp67 Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of kp67 content without express written permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kp67 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the kp67 Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

7.2 kp67 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond kp67's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions. kp67 will use reasonable efforts to minimise such interruptions and to notify users in advance where practicable.

7.3 You access and use the kp67 Platform entirely at your own risk. Gambling involves financial risk and there is no guarantee of winning. kp67 accepts no liability for financial losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 kp67 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its absolute discretion, including where: (a) there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (b) the user has breached any provision of these Terms; (c) the user's conduct is deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

8.2 Upon permanent account closure initiated by kp67 for cause, any remaining balance may be forfeited where such closure results from confirmed fraudulent activity or material breach of these Terms. In all other circumstances, legitimate remaining balances will be returned to the user via the last verified payment method, subject to applicable verification requirements.

8.3 Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting kp67 support. Upon closure, any outstanding bonus funds will be forfeited. Legitimate real-money balances (net of any applicable conditions) will be returned to the user following standard withdrawal processing.

9. Amendments to These Terms

9.1 kp67 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered users via email notification or prominent notice on the kp67 Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

9.2 Your continued use of the kp67 Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform immediately and contact kp67 support to initiate account closure if required.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

10.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which kp67 is incorporated. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

10.2 In the event of a dispute between a user and kp67, users are encouraged to contact kp67 support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. kp67 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.

10.3 kp67 does not provide legal advice. Users in Pakistan should seek independent legal counsel if they have questions about the legality of online gaming participation under laws applicable to their location.
